About the Newbie Event

Even though i’ve moved to a new server ( Purson ), when i log back into my official account, i dont receive the gift. I still dont really understand this event

deleted game data

funny how they decided to delete everyones data when they made this game international. I grinded my whole entire day during lockdown period and when i came back here in present only to be disappointed to know that they deleted everyones account data. Such a lousy job to even remove peoples hardwork progress and furthermore the amount of money i spend in this game lmaoo

suggestions

please use the money i spend on this game to develop the multiplayer further:
1) able to see my friends and other players in town and guild hall
2) able to party up before choosing which dungeons to enter
otherwise great game would be 5 stars
