cannot connect the headphones to the app
i cannot connect my jbl live pro 2 with the app even though i could in the first few weeks. then suddenly i couldn't.
Poor features
This app is disgustingly bad. My jbl earbuds are too loud even with my phone volume set to the lowest. I tried to download this app to change the settings of my earbuds however this app does not even have majority of the jbl earbud models, only a few. Please add T280TWS model into the app so that i can use the app
Update firmware
Right after I update the firmware from the app to my JBL Live 300, there’s no sound coming from my left bud, only the right bud. It’s so frustrating. Are there any way where I can fix it? Aside from sending it for repair.
