Good product, sales services but poor IT and Administration service

The e-service is so laggy, especially after the doing CKA which takes more than 5 mins to proceed to fund switching page or just hang there (regardless of using wifi or mobile data). Please improve on your IT service for both website and mobile apps (lots of room for improvement compared to the other insurance companies) 😡

Overall disappointed user experience

1. Multiple information not visible.
2. Basic Care rider e-services not visible.
3. System crashing.
4. Funds switching were not easy to use.
5. Slow loading of app, especially in fund switching.
6. Health articles - no one reads in a service app, stop putting these in the expense of an already-slow system.
7. Please treat your App feedback seriously or you will lose to your competitors as the number 1 global brand. We are already at 2.1/5 stars.
8. Get the sales team to try out progressively before the launch of our AXA app, don’t just depend on the programmers.

Hi Jjunhann, MyAXA will be launching a new app in June and the experience will be faster with better performance and simpler navigation. As MyAXA App is our main servicing app, we regard it with high priority and hence, a new version of the app will be rolled out.

We have paid special attention to priority features such as fund switching, ensuring that it will perform well. We are doing internal testing of the new MyAXA App before launching.

Cannot update address on both mobile app and website

Quite disappointed about AXA’s IT services. Tried to update address but always got this error message
“There has been a problem communicating with the server. Please try again later.” Seems no one is regularly checking the service.
