Best App Hands Down

I’ve lost weight steadily thanks to this app! Shows you the max calories you should be eating per day and also all the other macros to maintain, gain or lose weight. I would recommend anybody that is serious about their fitness or health to download! I’ve lost 3kg and 2% body fat in the past 2 weeks and a half cause of using this app religiously! Seriously people go and give this app a chance!

Useful but infuriating to use

The app itself is packed full of information and serves as a useful tool for those wanting to track macros/calories. That being said, the interface is rather unintuitive and can be difficult to navigate, though time and practice definitely helps.

The one massive downside is that it’s unbearably laggy and glitchy, especially in the “diary” section (where you would be spending most of your time). I find myself getting so agitated by the laggy animations that I quit the app entirely. And no, clearing the app from background refresh doesn’t help.

I hope this gets fixed soon because it’s honestly a very helpful tool on other fronts.

A good reference but ...

The app does help keeping track of things. It is definitely a plus.
However, i’m frustrated by the way it exchange data with Garmin. Sometimes workouts comes out clear and separate from the “normal” steps/BM, but very ofter they don’t, and therefore i end up manually adjusting to avoid my BM being counted twice. But then of course after, the fake activity i created in MFP is synced to Garmin, so i have to manually delete it there ... i’ve been using the app on and off since 2013, and this issue is still there. Am I the one seeing this?
