No queueing system
Came here to see doctor chow yok wai with appointment at 9.30 but doctor is not in until 10.30. The system allow booking when doctor is not available yet. There is no queue status in app to show how long to wait while my planning for the day is impacted. Was told that 7 patients are waiting at time of writing, this all when doctor has not started the clinic. Reservation system does not honor the appointment and certainly the time of patient.
