Its packed with tons of errors, I have two phone numbers in a single account but when I try to buy packages, it always goes into the second phone number.....
Need update Need better customer service
I can’t log into my Aunty then I can’t reset password in and my ID and then I can’t enter the OTP sent to my phone. then I told customer service to solve this problem and I have been complaining for two days. but they can’t give a solution. The worst is the customer service staff hold me on the phone and dropped from her side. that’s terrible.
The Worst App
So disappointed. The app is not user-friendly. Used a lot of phone memory & battery. My phone stops responding after I open this app. I will never recommend this app to friends. Pls choose other operators, never ever use MyTel Myanmar, which is unethical business organization.
