Unable to connect to membership

Still unable to connect to membership. My email and mobile are correct as seen via NTUC website. But using this app, I am just unable to connect.

Please don’t direct and ask us, the myNTUC app users to email to somewhere to fix this. Screenshot all these reviews and bring this all the way up to the head of technology/marketing. People use app for convenience, yet you want reviews/feedbacks for app users to go in circles. That’s already or UX/CX itself.

Trying very hard to impress but failed

Been trying to connect my membership for a week since the app version updated to 3.0.2, still showing the same error “We could not connect your membership at the moment. Please try again later.”

Perhaps you might want to give extra training to your IT department. Don’t update the app for the sake of updating without doing UAT first.

Lousy app

Tedious using the app and no way In contacting customer service except from a feedback form and talking to a bot. Filling up the form and there’s no response. And the bot is on another level.

Called the hotline wait from 1-5 followed by more options before you get to reach the press *8 and connect you to a real person. Customer service should change to robot assistance. Real person non existent.

Changed my payment method successful, followed by another failed, so how? Which is correct? Get help from chat bot again and fill up feedback form or call in and go through the whole process.

Frustrating to call nowadays esp for elderly, always get a robot answering machine.
