Data issue for the past 2 days
I enjoy using this line but it’s been 2 days and my data isn’t working still. I’ve been making the payment properly and all and my phone has no issue then why isn’t my data working ???
Mobile Network is terrible
Have been using My Republic since sometime last year! Been great but lately for the past 6months it has been giving me lots of issue, I’m unable to connect to the mobile network hence unable to surf net or open up my apps at all, it just froze and sometime it appeared to be 3G. Tried to reach your online chat but didn’t resolve my problem hence decided to call in and it took me abt 20mins before someone attended to me. Staff service is great, very patient in assisting me to reset network setting, shutting off and on etc, to be honest been trying every time it gives me problem, solved awhile and comes again! But still I think the staff deserves a 2stars. Felt so annoyed and frustrated that I finally decided to switch over to another telco that gives me network stability, honestly no point being cheap but yet can’t do the job. Hope you will continue to improve!
Horrible support after submitting ticket till now no response.
My case as below
1. I make an appointment to terminate the broad band services and collection of devices.
2. Then customer service officer confirmed but then inform me that early termination will not refund any balance.
3. Hence, I decided to change the date later to 2 weeks later after to be sure for my reno to be done, this appt is confirmed through email notification too but I realised the date specify the 1st date.
4. I proceed to email and update the cs that the date and time as agreed is wrong and he then give me the email notification for the new date.
5. I thought all was good till hell came as my line was cut based on the first date and I am left wondering if there is anyone coming to collect anything.
6. No numbers to call, the live chat cs behave more robot than the robot on this issue and can’t even simply verify and just return back to ur internet and follow as agreed in the second email.
7. Just horrible services and horrendous amount of time spend in trying to contact a support. Very sure there is much better deals even from our 3 Brand’s in Singapore cause I am being charge higher than them too, I took this cause of the gaming set up but it is super disappointing as the person that signed me up is not responsive too.
