Worst app ever

Doesn’t work, always gets disconnected or logged out or cannot find my bill.. but the Unifi can cut my bill.. stupid app.
Login in 15times still cannot get the bill,

Unreliable

I wanted to downgrade my plan at end of my contract and was informed by CS that I can’t do it through them but via myUnifi. I send in request but nothing was done for a month. I checked with CS again and was there was no request for downgrade. I send the proof of the request a month ago and did once more and send proof for the 2nd round. Weeks later I saw I am charged for the higher plan still and check with CS again. Again they said they don’t know why operation didn’t get notice. Only then they put up request for investigation. A month later I received a reminder of my outstanding bill and disconnection fee cos I refuse to pay for the higher plan and also extra charge for connection fee. I just checked again with CS and was told no request came in for downgrade in their System. Which means the apps isn’t working and can’t take request for change of plan.

Why should customers be made to pay for TM’s screw up with their apps and why can’t CS just take the request and effect the downgrade since the apps aren’t working?? Are we forced to pay for something we don’t want and TM’s inefficiency?

Not working after update

I used this apps to pay my bill regularly. After recent updates, it logged me out and requested me to re-login, fine that’s alright. But after log in, my linked account is gone? Fine again, i’ll relink it. However this is where it trigger me - I can’t link my account, despite i make sure my account number is correct. I’ve seen other people complained the same issue here and Unifi respond was to go to selfcare portal. Ok fine. When i try to visit unifi selfcare portal, Error 16!? This request was blocked by security service. Was it because I’m oversea i cant even visit the portal?

Everything works fine before this and just one update everything go haywire. Has your engineer and programmer actually tested your apps before roll out??? This is not accidental server down problem, this is human mistake bad product. Now tell me why should I encounter this miserable event when I AM TRYING TO PAY YOU MONEY.

YES OF COURSE I KNOW JOMPAY IS ALTERNATIVE.
