Worst Customer Care & buggy app

The menu is showing live chat, it’s redirected to agent, but still replied by bot and was asked to keep waiting for hours and the bot keeps replying every few mins that she is still checking, and it’s been over 6 hours but the agent is still checking. The supposedly live agent also could not answer questions and only replied asking to keep waiting. Bad experience with the XL Care.

After closing the app and trying to relogin, after entering the phone number to login, it doesn’t allow to login, because the phone number is already registered. Of course it’s registered, I’m trying to login, not trying to sign up.

Just didn’t accept worldwide card

I already tried multiple times to top up with master and Visa card but seems the system not yet accept or update with the international standard; only accept the indonesia local card only. Need to solve this problem anyway, and please increase the speed to open the app, the loading process seems quite long time even with the 4G. Overall, I’m happy with the rate and internet pacakage offers inside the app. Can you make more package big data in short amount of time with more affordable rate? 5gb only finish in 3 day anyway :)

Good App, but bad Customer Service

App is good, but Customer Service is very lousy. Very easy to deduct the my wife and my own balance, but cannot explained why. Always by responding by default format: “we are looking for it, we will update.” But no update for the eternity.

If not because the number is tied to many accounts and contacts, will definitely switch.
