Best self workout app ever
Have been using it for 6months and I am so satisfied with it .
Before Covid time , I was following gym instructor in a gym for exercise classes however when Covid hit , it become impossible to go to a gym.
For a while i was only following YouTuber , however I finding myself not improving after a while.
So I started to look around and I found Nüli when I was watching Mayfit ! I am so happy to give it a try when I saw this app.
I am person that dislike working on my upper body because I am really weak on that . With the workout plan from Nüli , it pushes me to work on my weak part .
Best is that although I am working out myself at home or back to gym, but there is lots of other user that will motivate you . Some time limited challenge is also added some fun to exercise.
A suggestion :
Adding to watch app. Sometimes the timer sound is too soft and is covered by the music . May be some vibration with watch is good

Best app ever
Been using the app for half a year now, there are numerous of challenges along the way to push me forward. There are a lot of different recipes to try out on not losing on the nutrition as well as the great taste in food while staying healthy. With numerous of blogs to read up on to gain more knowledge, they even hold talks via zoom. Last but not least the large community of other Nüli users encouraging each other in our own ways.

Best Fitness App for Girl
This is definitely a superb app for girl who would like to explore and try weight training. It is so easy to follow the program and it has the video to guide you on the correct posture. Thumb up!
