Unable to login and view own account
This app used to be a very user friendly loyalty program app. But after update the app, it no longer functioning well and unable to view or redeem my half-chicken which we accumulated long time ago and plan to use it as a birthday celebration…not sure why the management hack care on all the negative comments, shall wait for it to slowly close down the outlets due to improper management
Unable to access account
It used to be a nice app, but after the update, I couldn't access my account. Have provided input through the app but nothing has been done by the developer as of today, what a disappointment, may consider not returning to Nando’s since it appears the app is no longer functional after the update and the developer is unconcerned.
Where’s the loyalty program
In the nandos sg app no have those chillies anymore, last time can collect one chili per every purchase… but now where can we see those collected chillies as well?! So what’s the point to continue to get membership and work with this loyalty program seriously… pls review the app asap okay
