Ratings and Reviews
Account got suspended with no notification
Naver maps suspended my account without any notification, citing the account joined from an abuse-suspicious location. Repeated attempts to validate the account was unsuccessful. This issue affects other users and Naver maps was unable to provide a proper workaround. All bookmarks saved in the app is now unrecoverable.
I strongly recommend against using the app and the rating of the app (2.8 stars at time of writing) suggests other users feel the same way.
Used to love love it but..
It’s definitely better than Google, but the English version of the subway map doesn’t seem to be available anymore even when settings are correct. Probably bcos of a recent update. Appreciate if Naver Helpdesk can check. Thank you.
Good app!
So far I’m enjoying the app, instructions are clear and they are easy to navigate! Not sure why the rating is bad because this is really one of the better app that integrates the map of Seoul and subway + directions to get to places!
