Not able to play the videos inside the app
Recently I found out I was unable to watch the recap videos from the app. Usually it will play automatically after I click but now it doesn’t play at all and I dont know how to fix it. This also applies to other free videos. Please help to fix it. I am using iPhone 13 with the latest iOS.
Update - I tried to uninstall n reinstall back the app but the issue is still there. The videos are still not showing. Please look into it n fix the bug.

Replays are not available and no one is fixing it!
I only follow 1 team and this year that team has only won 3 games so far and I can only watch replays. Of the 3 games though 2 are not available for replay. It keeps on saying “video not available”. Im extremely disappointed, 2 times I came home excited to watch the game and 2 times I get a “video not available”. All other teams don’t seem to have that issue. The first time it happened I submitted a ticket to customer report and only got a “sorry about that, we will look into the issue.” And I didn’t get anything else until another game is broken which to me communicates they don’t really care and they aren’t doing anything.

Never fails to disappoint
Weeks ago the app kept logging out… which is annoying since I nearly double paid my subscription.
Now, no matter what, when streaming live games it is basically not viewable.
Reinstalled the app, made sure it is updated, but as long as I am on data it is barely 360p quality, I can’t even see if the ball goes in, I can’t even see where the ball is, nothing.
But when I use other apps, they all connect fine and I tried running a speed test and the speed is fine too.
Been using the app for many years already and this year this is just a few steps back from what it used to be. Very disappointing.
