Can’t even key in my pin properly

I keep having this problem where I’m prompted to key in my pin before watching an episode, the keypad isn’t at the bottom but appears at the left side of my bar. No matter how I try punching in the pin from different spots, the wrong pin keeps getting entered even when the numbers aren’t what I keyed in. Initially I tried fixing this by unlocking/turning off my display orientation but right now it doesn’t work both ways or even when I have restarted the app. Please fix this. I’ve been facing this for probably a year now. I downloaded the episodes but can’t watch them due to the inability to key in a pin? Extremely frustrating.

Regarding lack of anime

Netflix have always had a variety of shows and movies, however, they rarely come with the full series, sometimes even skipping Seasons here and there, especially anime, and especially the good ones, for example, Naruto wasn’t followed by Naruto shippuden, Fairy tail season 3 wasn’t followed by seasons 4-9. Anime are not the only ones, a lot of other shows are also lacking in seasons and skipping seasons. Lacking in seasons and complete series is fine, however, the ones not lacking in seasons or complete series, are either the too old/not popular anymore/boring shows and that especially pisses me off, like, there’s a good show u finish the Seasons but u know there are more however u just can’t get access to it and have to wait god alone knows how the heck long, plus, it might not even be added. The shows that lacks those the most are the anime, a lot of good anime are missing seasons and the bad ones, complete series. I hope you guys take a look into this matter and sort it out, I am sure this will solve the problems others are experiencing as well.

used to love it till they implement the new non-sharing system

I don't usually write reviews but I think it is greedy of Netflix to stop the implementing of password sharing. If you guys want to implement this rule and ensure that people will still subscribe to this app despite your ridiculous, new rules, then I suggest you to lower down your plan pricing. But instead, we have to resort to pay an extra SGD $6.98 for users outside of our household. If Disney plus can still implement password sharing, why cant you? This is ridiculous and I think Netflix should humble down because the only reason they're a huge, successful company today is because of us loyal customers who were there for them from the start. I would still be okay with these new rules if there are new, fresh and interesting content released in this app to make me stay. However, the content you have now is kind of mid and unsatisfying. The content you have in your app is not up to your user's standards. Period. Don't believe me? Conduct a user survey.
Well, time to unsubscribe! Mark my words. Because of your greed, this will be your flop era.
