Terms and Conditions Can't Read
I'm using iphone 6. The 'Terms and Conditions' font can't adjust size and positions. Words are shifted to the right, so Right side missing from screen.
I set 2 min for the security setting, which says after that time the app will prompt... So what does this ... means. My guess, you mean the app will log out? But if i left the app on, i go to other app on my phone or stay on this app untill my phone log screen. I get back on the app screen again, app is still on, even after 3 min. This is quite dangerous. It will be good if there's a 'log out' function. I can choose log out anytime.
Your money will be stuck in NETSPay wallet
I accidentally topped up $50 to my NETSPay wallet the other time and there seemed to be no way on the app to undo this.
I finally set out to find a way to transfer this money back to my bank account, and found out there is actually no way to do that!!
I wanted to contact customer service, but the link on this App Store listing brought me to their FAQ page, and it clearly states ‘No, once funds have been loaded into your prepaid wallet, you can only utilize your funds by making purchases or sending money to another NETSPay user.’
When you send money to another user, this money would go into their NETSPay wallet too? I have no use for NETSPay anymore, so this money is gone. Except, there’s an option of terminating my NETSPay account which involves me sending an email or calling their hotline.
Basically, so much trouble to get my own money back??? Furthermore, NETSPay isn’t an established mode of payment which makes it hard to ever use the money in my wallet.
Plus, down the FAQ page it says that if a user sends to a person who has uninstalled their NETSPay app, I quote ‘The money will be credited to the recipient’s prepaid wallet balance, and will be available once the recipient reinstalls NETSPay.’ I can see money just staying in that wallet without the recipient knowing, money that NETS can conveniently keep.

Just a suggestion
Just using this app and comparing with other company quickpay methods.
Firstly, to enter ur bank card u need a bank pin. So for my credit card, can’t remember that particular card bank pin. Not sure if others face the same issue. May come as an inconvenience to some people, especially when there are other options available with no similar bank pin confirmation.
Secondly, the process of setting up may take longer than other apps which scan the picture of the credit card. Perhaps you can consider in the next subsequent version.
