The Nokia WiFi app lets you to quickly setup and easily manage your Nokia WiFi Beacon units (purchased separately). Use the app in your home for quick insights to get the most out of your Nokia WiFi network.
The first real time mesh Wi-Fi solution that allows you enjoy uninterrupted Wi-Fi speed and coverage throughout your home. The Nokia WiFi network is self-optimizing against interferences in real time to avoid disruptions.

NOKIA Beacon WiFi
Connection is very good and fast with 1GHz frequency compared to my previous goggle Wifi 1000mhz only. This time round I don’t have to wait long to start booting my computer fast and I like the Nokia “Tower” like Beacon Equipment that stand tall.
The Nokia Wifi Apps is just to show number of devices being connected. Anyway it’s great to get something new and experiencing the performance. Thank you!
Satisfactory
The app works okay only. It serves basic need to change Wi-Fi name and password and also allows us to see whizz devices are connected etc.
I thought it was the beacon that had problems. 2 days after the beacons were installed, internet connection stopped. Took me a full day to sort out with Nokia support online and also my subscriber to check wish the issues are.
They gave me a list of steps to follow to try to connect again but in the end I had to do a factory reset to start up again. But when network is up, I must say the connection is quite good. Even when 2nd beacon is in the bedroom, the connection is not bad despite having many walls in between.
I worry that the connectivity may be disrupted again in future and i have to do another reboot. It was quite frustrating trying to resolve the matter. Other than that I think the beacons generally work well. Otherwise the app totally won’t work when connection is down.
Nokia beacon 1
Very nice looking router. Highly recommended. Speed is good. Smart dual band is very useful. App is very simple and easy to use. I like the guest network so we don’t have to lend our network to our guests. Easy to change WiFi name and password, nice and friendly to use. App is simple and interface is good.
