Don”t install if you don’t know how to disable the auto subscription renawal
Don’t install this app if you don’t know how to disable the auto subscription renewal in your iTunes account.
Even though they mentioned 30 days refund guaranteed in their website but they won’t honor it if your made the payment through iTunes. You have to request the refund from Apple and Apple said no, dead end.
The subscription fee also much more expensive purchased through iTunes.

Hello, sorry for the inconvenience, however, upon registering and purchasing a subscription of ours, you're agreeing to our ToS (https://nordvpn.com/terms-of-service/), where in the refund policy section is said that we are unable to provide you with a refund of the subscription if it's purchased via iTunes/App Store. That being said, we ourselves are able to provide you with it if the subscription was purchased directly from our website.
Does not work in China, period.
Been using NordVPN for more than a year, all was well and good until I realised it DOES NOT WORK in China. Their website says set up a manual IKEv2 connection, try different servers blah blah, but no, nothing works. Tried multiple servers, tried NordLynx, changed DNS server as they had advised, just no. And their customer service is so incompetent, all they can do is repeat whatever's on the website. Worse than a chatbot. Had to reiterate that I already tried those methods, and then a few correspondences later when a new officer responds, he says the exact same "try IKEv2 manual connection" thing which drives me nuts. These people clearly don't bother reading the whole trail, they can only give useless unhelpful templated responses.
For your sanity, use ExpressVPN. Sometimes it drops or one server doesn't work, but the next one usually connects immediately. Can't believe NordVPN has the audacity to tell people to try different servers until one works... You think people are so free to go down the list of 20+ servers and manually set each one up to try, only to see it fail continuously? When it's effortless with another vpn provider.

在中国大陆网速不太好，链接也比较慢。
如题，这个付费体验不是很好，有时连不上。对比其他同类型软件，网速慢很多。这两天又连不上了，不知道怎么回事。唯一优势就是据说是上网经过加密的，也不知道是不是真的。
