Long press on drawings to add forms or tasks (Mobile). - Forms: Create forms faster from your recently used templates. Use the “Company in Charge” field to track accountability. Show only relevant action buttons based on user input in forms. Step into November with everything running a little smarter.

Skip the extra click! For users with just one project, the project selection step is now eliminated when you're making new forms, tasks, and more. Stop juggling multiple exports! You can now export your main forms and all their punch items in a single, comprehensive file. Easily search for projects by their unique code in dropdowns for quicker selection. You can now setup more granular rights to manage projects separating creation and editing from deletion.

This allows for keeping people in the loop on site activity in a very flexible way. Ten-hut! Restrictions are extended. That doesn’t sound fun but it’s good on jobsites. The ability to restrict the data that a user can view to those created by people in their own company and projects has been extended to Tasks. Now if you have a bunch of sub-contractors who are assigned different tasks, they will not be able to see each other’s tasks. Another improvement is that you can now set default values in table fields as well.

This week’s update brings smoother ways to manage your projects! - Project codes can now be up to 10 characters. - Invite multiple users across companies at once and set their roles, groups, and projects in bulk. You can also update existing users just as easily. - Plus, Premium users can now restrict access so users only see data for their company and assigned projects.

We have some major improvements in our UX this week. Forms on the web gets a side peek view that enables you to glance through forms quickly without having to toggle back and forth between the full form view and the table of forms. We’ve also introduced option to customize PDF output for forms by template. Too much superfluous information? You can now banish it. We’ve made it easier to create multiple punch items with the ability to supplicate punch forms. Plenty of reasons to upgrade!
