They take pride in authenticating for the items whether it is legit that’s why it takes time in terms of delivery. Also gives a platform for resellers to reach their targeted buyers. The UI were excellent, honestly the shopping experience here has been nothing but smooth sailing.
The team was nice in terms of replying to my queries over the email and I would like to thank them for it.

However, the shoes that I purchased was a Nike Dunk High Black White WMN.
Was eagerly waiting for the shoes as I purchased it as a gift.
However, when I received it, there was multiple defects that were deemed as acceptable.
Sadly, it wasn’t up to my standard that I have since I was referred here.
Reason given was, “Nike GS and WMN sizing have worse QC/manufacturing defects issue than the Men sizing.”

They do, however, provide a detailed explanation on what is acceptable and what is unacceptable. So it’s actually my fault for not reading on it.

They did try to compensate, by offering some vouchers for my next purchase, but I highly doubt I would bring myself to purchase it again.
Secondly was a monetary compensation, that doesn’t even cover 5% of price of the shoes. Understand that it is out of goodwill but for a salty man like me, it would just make me more salty.

Nevertheless, the App is super user friendly and nice to use. If you’re okay with some threading issues, glue stains, uneven stitches.
I’d say it’s a good app to use.

We're happy that our app and customer service assistance was a good experience for you. However, please note that during the verification process we are looking for 2 things. 1)Is the item authentic? 2) Would the item be within our acceptable range.

To be clear, the product quality guide provided in our website doesn't mean that it can fully cover the the details of the allowable or not allowable items during the checks. We can only give a range for the expectations that we are looking for when authenticating an item. Everything else will be case to case basis.

Additionally, as with products sold at retail stores, some products are deemed "Deadstock" and will pass through our inspection despite having minor stitching or other manufacturing flaws, which are uncontrollable.

Hi, the shoes that I ordered through Novelship did not get sent to me. After a lengthy investigation, it was at first informed to me that the courier reported the shoe was damaged. I requested more info about what happened and the next time I was told the courier said that the shoes were lost. I found the discrepancy in the report strange. I was told by Novelship help desk that I could only be refunded $100 out of $219 that I had paid for, of which I replied back that I was very disappointed from the whole experience, and they did not offer to replace the shoes or provide full refund. Now I am still waiting for Novelship to reply how they can resolve this incident which was no fault of mine at all.

Till today, there is no reply after I asked for a full refund or replace the shoes on 17 Dec 2022.

I'm sorry for the delay in responding to your ticket. We have been experiencing a high volume of tickets recently, and it has been taking longer than usual to get through them all. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

During the peak season, we experienced delays with delivery for orders going to Australia and New Zealand. Having said that, we have escalated the issue to the courier already and as result some of the parcels are declared lost in transit. We regret to inform you, as per our policy, we can only issue a refund for lost parcels with delivery protection added. Although we have tried our best to ask for a higher compensation, we can only offer the amount provided by the courier which is maxed at 100 SGD equivalent to local currency as per their T&C if there's no delivery protection added.

We apologize endlessly for all the inconvenience caused and we hope to offer you a better service in the future.
