Works great now!
On first installation, the numpad simply doesn’t support most of the apps that I used. After removing it and manually add it in again, it works great!

...how to use?
Perhaps it is not supported on my phone. It requested for me to allow access but the only access I cld activate is for siri. Doesn’t work for me.
