O-Kam Pro

Setting up was a bit slow as the system cannot identify the network selected. After a few tries and rebooting, I managed to get connected. Picture and clarity wise is ok but the lagging is a bit slow. But overall, for security and peace of mind, this camera does a good job. Btw I am still waiting to see how long the battery can last just after the 1st full charge.

Why mobile number required for overseas WeChat user?

I am setting up an account for my mother so she could connect to users in mainland China via wechat. But when I tried to login via WeChat on Chinese language, it forces me to use mobile number even though my mother isn’t in mainland and she doesn’t have a China number. I keyed in Singapore mobile number and the app won’t register it. The weird is that when I set the app language to English, it stops asking for mobile number, and ask for email instead. I can finally login by then and set to Chinese language on the setting inside the app but IT WILL still login log me out after that when the app is not in use. By then, I’m still stuck in mobile number login required for WeChat at the end.

Victim of this scam - everybody please be careful

I purchased their Vstarcam battery camera in sim lim tower and was using the camera fine till a month later. There isn’t any playback service available and everytime I opened the app, it’s paid ad before u can watch your live footage. Okay fine, I decided to purchase their cloud storage on 20th May and guess what, my credit card was debited and the cloud service isn’t even activated! I thought I may have made a mistake and decided to try a second time. It was not activated too and I was charge twice for this useless cctv cloud storage service! What the heck is going on and where are the developer?
