Oanda app after update system very laggy
The app become very laggy after last week update that causes my toggle between order and new order lag. Closed position instead of orders resulting losses almost 4k, called them immediately and they cannot do anything. So in the end i have to stomach the losses due to their system lag.
Not so great
OANDA receives tons of accolades as being the top trading app but I’ve used better ones than them. Though it has a great simplistic interface, I wish they let people execute more order types and trails. My iPad app hangs constantly and crashes especially at crucial times. Their interest rates are also something that came as a surprise to me when I was being charged for overnight positions as they claimed they do not have any other charges except for the spread costs. It’s hard to track your trading balances in more details like your profit / losses - everything is shown as a total sum loss/profit from day one. Hope they can allow users to reset this figure manually so that we can better manage or track our balances either by day/week/month/year.
Log in page frozen
My login page shows “loading accounts”, and completely frozen. I tried restart my phone, delete my app and reinstall it, but nothing works so far. Very frustrating with the app.
