Chào bạn tuấn lợi đây, OCB rất xin lỗi về sự bất tiện này. Về trường hợp không quét được mã QR, có thể bạn chưa cho phép truy cập camera trên ứng dụng OCB OMNI, Bạn vui lòng vào “Cài đặt” trên điện thoại, tìm ứng dụng “OCB OMNI”, bật cho phép OCB OMNI truy cập “Camera”. Sau đó, bạn thực hiện lại thao tác quét QR. Trong trường hợp bạn cần hỗ trợ thông tin bạn vui lòng liên hệ OCB qua Hotline 1800-6678 hoặc email: omni.support@ocb.com.vn để được tư vấn.
