  • 1 face login for multiple company accounts

    The app has improved tremendously over the years. Good job OCBC. However I would like to ask if it’s possible for Velocity face login to be used to open multiple accounts under multiple companies. I have 2 OCBC accounts under 2 separate companies but each time I can only designate 1 account for facial login and the other has to be manually login. It’s not intuitive. Hope OCBC can improve on this.

  • Extremely poor UX

    I’m using a new phone and trying to log in on this device, and the app is trying to authenticate me by asking me to tap on the push notification sent to my OLD DEVICE. Does that make sense, OCBC? The whole point of trying to log in on a new device is because I am no longer using the old one or have no access to it (lost/changed phone) Shouldn’t you send an OTP via email or SMS or something. When I press the “changed/lost your phone” link, it opens a message that exceeds my screen size and cannot be scrolled. It says click on the Proceed button but I can’t see the Proceed button as I CANNOT SCROLL THE MODAL. LOL. Your design doesn’t cater for small devices or common sense? Extremely poor thinking and effort here.

    Business Account opening very excellent to Approve. Lone Approval very hard and everyday transaction and withdrawal limit consider other bank very low. Very deficit to use so many time OCBC network loading symbol only show, OCBC to OCBC after 5.00pm can’t transfer need to improve internet banking.

  • Pay via Mobile/UEN button crash

    Honestly, while the app has gotten better since first using it from 2017 - it’s still a bloody hot mess and creates tons of grief. A banking app that serves businesses needs to work 24/7 flawlessly yet that is so rare with this app. 2.5/10 times using this there would be some glitch, bug or issue. As of today 28Mar24, a new update crashes the Pay via Mobile/UEN function button. You must be kidding me, the changelog literally says stability improvement yet such a cow function has failed.OCBC Business IT department, please step up your game. It’s 2024 and yet this app still feels like it’s from the 2010s.

  • Bug that locks out account despite correct PIN

    OCBC business app sometimes says invalid PIN despite keying in the OneTime PIN 3x correctly! Was able to login just fine mins ago with the SAME PIN and then when login again it ask for PIN and incorrectly says it’s an incorrect PIN.End up OCBC auto lock the account after 3 tries and have to reset the PIN again which take hours before can login again. Have encountered this a few times before over a period of a few months. It gets annoying whenever this happens, this shouldn’t be happening. It’s a bank… bugs like this shouldn’t exist.

  • Limited functions, buggy

    Easily one of the worst banking apps to exist… always have issues transferring funds from the app (previously kept failing and took more than a day to let me know that the transaction failed, now it doesn’t even let me transfer, requiring me to put a valuation date that is next month… how to do business like this??) the only feature this app can perform properly is showing your balance and statements. Just use the website better…
