App need improvement
1. The chair is not cheap. It has been 3 years. The massage variety did not add new ones
2. Need to key in user and password again to the chair after few times of usage.
3. Even with login, it did not remember my previous preference. I always have to disable the lights and the heating for every use. This need to be remember. Otherwise no point logging in.
The app needs big overhaul. The app limit the chair potential. If I have known the downside of the app, I would not have buy the massage chair
Phone not able to pair
Called the customer service and verify that is a known problem that the iPhone currently not able to connect to the chair. I don’t think it fair for us to purchase such expensive chair and not able to fully utilised it. Please do something before I officially bring it up to the media which is our last resort
Connect to phone
After a year, the app started not to be able to detect our phone devices and cannot connect. Missing out the various programmes for various types of massages. Definitely need some updating. However, the massage is definitely good. The programme needs overhaul to stay relevant.
