Erratic quality of drivers and cars
I had booked a sedan paying a premium for better vehicle and better drivers. The car was smallish, the driver didn’t carry change (even Unable to provide Rs 100). After I made the effort to find change, he refused to accept the note saying that there was a number written on the note and he wants another note. He almost lunged at me when I said that the note is acceptable, not torn in any way. I found it very intimidating. I subsequently used the note at a shop with no problem. Not having change seems to be a feature of drivers - it almost seems like they hope the passenger will give up and they would get to keep the extra money.
One of the AC cabs I used was in very poor condition. Rusty, poorly maintained.
Overall, I feel that quality of vehicle and drivers are quite inconsistent.
Worst cab service no customer care hotline
Drivers call to check destination and price and they cancel the ride after making us wait for 30minutes or more and This keeps going on for hours with other drivers too. Horrible type of service and if ola doesn’t fix these issues it’s only matter of time for them to be history. If zero stars was an option I would give it. It used be better before but it is getting worst. More over drivers on mobile while riding.
