Videos cannot load
I paid for subscriptions but no videos can be watched. It’s an app for Kids to learn but nothing right is being done. Please do something about it, I want a refund as well if it doesn’t get fixed. Horrible kind of thing to do
No sound
There is no sound in the app. Video can be played but no audio

Hi Achoha, Usually user will have this sound issue because they disabled / mute the sound for games. You can switch on the toggle in your handphone (left/right side). Cannot play video
Subscribed to monthly subscription but unable to play the videos. I’ve downloaded the latest version of the app. There is nothing more to be updated.
