Lack of guide
The game was fun, getting to know people and doing job. However, the game doesn’t provide sufficient information on certain feature that I want to know such as Job Points. The grind in the game is too much to level up by 1 and trying to get into a gang is difficult because it cost too much to create 1 and/or gang requirement to join is limited due to high expectation from gang leader.

Thank you for your feedback! We are in the process of developing guides. In the meantime, here's a brief overview: Onestate features various civilian jobs such as bus driver, delivery service, quarry worker, lumberjack, express bus, taxi, bank, and cargo. You can find each job's NPC by navigating to Menu - Jobs - Navigation - Jobs, then set a waypoint to reach your job location. Each job comes with guidelines visible on the map for picking up customers and returning to earn EXP and StateBucks. You earn 5 job points every 5 minutes, which can be seen in your character profile, and purchasing apartments increases your job points based on their cost. To create a gang, you need 1 million state bucks. To join an open gang, check the faction list, select "Join gangs," and click on "Open gangs." You can also earn money by joining a faction for a daily salary every 30 minutes.
Banned without warning
Game was fun, but was control by clan and not being fair. Regretted on wasting money for in-apps purchased. At least give a warning for the first time. Just because of banned without proper information will make the games bad. Hope to get refunds as not worth it.

For admin issues, create a ticket with proof (video or screenshot) of the violation. If you believe you were unfairly punished, include the admin's name, the violation, and the date. Admins document violations in Discord channels. If proof exists, we’ll clarify the punishment; if not, the admin will face consequences and your punishment will be revoked.
