I tried to use the app today because I believe that the information provided by SLA is up to date as compared to similar apps. However, it was disappointing. I searched for directions between Changi Airport Station and Bukit Panjang Station but no results were yielded until I changed the former to Changi Airport Terminal 2. This is quite confusing. I hope there will be more flexibility in terms of the directions because not everyone knows where is the nearest public transport from a given location.In addition, when the bus stop icons were tapped, no information was provided. Searching for nearby services and amenities did not work too. Please look into a way to resolve this issue.I also suggest implementing an offline mode like Google Maps because it will be more convenient to navigate around this country without having to worry about having Internet access.This app looks promising but its development is limited with so many problems that come up when users use it.

Some feedback. Firstly, it would be great if user could "mark" the favorite location in the map. Then the favorite location will be shown in the map in different colours or shapes (star, love, etc). If you have this function, then it’s not obvious. Secondly, It would be much greatful if we can mark favorite bus stop and bus number. The favorite buses will be marked with "star" sign and show on top of the list. Thirdly, I am facing difficulty when search the property transaction price. Eg, after search block 258, I am unable to "click" and see the transaction price for the block near by (block 257 or 259, etc). Repeatedly press and press on another block, nothing happen. Appreciate if the management can clear the bug. Thanks

Example: On Google map commuters can take public transports from Queenstown MRT station to Alexandra hospital. Whereas One Map Singapore shows no public transports - walk 26 min to Hospital.One Map shows if from Koven MRT station to Alexandra Hospital One map guides commuters take north east line to Harbour Front station then change public buses (approx. 1 hour). But the faster time should be taking north east line, change to east west line to queenstown mrt station then public buses (approx. 51 min).

This app is really useful since it provides an estimate based on the journey. Furthermore the map provides routes that are local to Singapore and can’t be found in other applications. This makes a big difference in how I plan my journey.The interface is also pretty responsive and runs smoothly.Overall, a recommended product for navigating around Singapore.
