Description
Control your hearing aids discreetly with the touch of a finger
The Oticon ON App provides discreet remote control of your hearing aids, letting you adjust the volume of your hearing aids independently, switch between listening programs, keep an eye on your battery level or even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them.
The Oticon ON App also enables you to:
• Use your device as a remote microphone and get better access to the voice of another speaker in noisy environments
• Access specific programs designed to help you move your attention away from your tinnitus - if enabled by your hearing care professional during the fitting session
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids; control multiple TV Adapters, or devices such as Oticon EduMic or ConnectClip which can be used both for streaming and as remote microphones
• Fine-tune the sound when watching a movie or streaming audio using the streaming equalizer, for a personalized listening experience. The streaming equalizer is available for all Oticon Bluetooth hearing aids except Oticon Opn and Oticon Siya.
• Set personal listening goals and follow your daily hearing aid use through HearingFitness™
• Connect to a wide variety of Internet-connected solutions through the Internet of Things
The Oticon ON App is compatible with all Oticon Bluetooth hearing aids. Depending on the hearing aids and the mobile device you are using, you may or may not have access to all features the app offers.
We recommend using the latest version of iOS.

Oticon ON version 2.5.0 App Problem
When I updated my iOS from 15.3.1 to 15.4 for my iphone 13 Pro
the Oticon ON stopped functioning even though my phone settings Accessibility > Hearing Devices indicate both my Oticon Opn 2 (R+L) are connected.
No problems for my ipads when I updated from iPadOS 15.3.1 to 15.4!!
Are there bugs for Oticon ON 2.5.0 when used with iPhones?

Dear Asehold, we are very sorry about the inconvenience caused by the issues that happened in relation with the release of iOS 15.4. Apple has just released a new iOS version 15.4.1 that addresses and fixes the issue. Please go into your phone settings and download the iOS 15.4.1 update, then you will be able to use our app to full effect again. Best regards, Oticon.

Lousy updated app - Keeps dropping signal
Before this update, the Bluetooth signal seldom dropped. After this update, the Bluetooth signal keeps dropping. Sometimes left, sometimes right, sometimes both sides! Please put back the old app so that I can go back to using the original. This new updated app should go into the rubbish bin.
