My daughter is not able to open the game in this phone have try to download again but still not able to open could you please help to solve the proviso she can play the fav game pacman please

Pacman Lite Upgrade has a Bug
Love the game and have been playing for many years. Of late the game has been developing bugs even through the last two or three updates.
A few months ago, I had to uninstall and reinstall because I couldn’t get in past the splash screen. However, that reset everything. All unlocked levels were locked again and all my 8000+ coins disappeared.
I managed to work my way through it all again and have unlocked all the levels. I’ve also re-earned over 3000 coins on top of that. Suddenly, when I started up the game again today, I’m suddenly right back at square one. I didn’t even bring myself to go past the “Let is guide you through” intro page which indicates I’m going to start at zero all over again.
I’m not about to go through all that all over again.
