App not working well
Tried many times and not able to login. Very upset when clinic keep insist for show card via app and not able to take in screenshot of card. It’s so troublesome for a sick person to deal with these things when they just want to see a doctor

App Not Working Properly
The app is not showing the full view. The ecard doesn’t show as well. When you have an emergency and you need to see a doctor, how will you even show the card if the app is not working properly? They seriously need to do something about the app.

Hi thank you for the feedback. Our IT team has worked on the E-card issue and it has since been resolved. Please try to access the E-card again. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
As for the full view issue, would you be able to kindly send us the screenshot via email at help@ppcxa.com for us to look into this further? Kindly let us know which mobile model and OS version you are currently using as well. Thank you.
NOT WORKING
Ask for login via OKTA, but after we login keep jump back to the find page ask for login!!! Stupid app! I better just use the link go to website, having the app doesn’t make more convenience for us!
