Making teleconsult appointment was easy. Consult done in 10min using video call, made payment online and received eMC within 15min after consultation. Medication was delivered to me in 2hours after consultation.

Fail to maintain patient's data

Outpatient scan/lab test results can be found on app if clinic ordered patient to undergo screening using parkway lab facilities.
However, given the same scenario except for patient was hospitalised this round, none of the results will be uploaded on app?
If unable to deliver complete information to end user why is there a need for us to refer?
The institution should treat all patient’s medical information as sensitive and confidential data. Since we performed necessary authentication before logging in, then why still showing me that this report consisted of sensitive data and not able to show me the result! The more i use the app, it is surfacing more flaws

The app needs work

I registered for my child but there’s no option to obtain results for my child. Called the support line and was told my child needs to register their own account. Doubt that works for babies since we can’t reuse the same email and phone number for two people. (Myself and my child). Secondly I have no option to delete my account and my private information which is of concern to me. Thirdly after registering, the login doesn’t work and I have to manually reset my password to be able to login. Weird bug.
