Download the new PB engage and login instantly with your existing PBe User ID and password to enjoy the flexibility and convenience right at your fingertips.

Quick Access / Quick Balance
View your account balances and perform transactions up to RM 1,000 per day via Fingerprint / Touch ID or Face ID login
PB SecureSign
Easy and secured way to authenticate transactions by using biometric recognition or 6 digits SecurePIN.
Multilingual
Select your preferred app languages available in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese Simplified.
Quick Balance
View your account balances via Fingerprint or Face ID login.
Account Summary
View your full account summary/details in real-time.
DuitNow
Allow you to send funds instantly to your recipients via DuitNow ID (e.g. Mobile Number, NRIC, Passport Number, Army/Police ID or Business Registration Number) instead of banking account number.
Transfer
Perform real-time or future dated fund transfer to your favourite and other account using Intrabank, IBG or Instant Transfer services.
Payment
Perform real-time or future dated payment to your favourite and other Bills, Card or Loan/Financing accounts.
Prepaid Top-Up
Reload your prepaid mobile number on the go.
DuitNow QR
Pay participating DuitNow QR merchants by scanning their QR code, now extended to QR merchants in Indonesia.
Settings
Personalise your profile by uploading your own profile picture or setting a desired theme.
Allow to manage your own devices that activated with Quick Balance, DuitNow QR or to delink.
PB engage will seek permission for the following:
• Access to your fingerprint/Face ID for Quick Balance, DuitNow QR, and PB SecureSign authorisation.
• Access to your camera/photo for profile personalisation and DuitNow QR scanning.
• Access to your location for device authentication and security purposes.
• Access to your contact directory to give you the convenience to select your contacts when you perform either DuitNow or Prepaid Top-Up.
PB engage is available for Public Bank Berhad and Public Islamic Bank Berhad retail customers in Malaysia only.

Not user friendly apps
Apps user experience :
1. Unclear and confusing prompt message at login. If a user attempt will be lock at 3rd time. Shall it be there is a message remind customer, rather than direct lock?
2. Blocking customer to do self help. Is pBe assump every customer prefer to call in rather than provide them a self help system? It is just a wastage of customer service.
2. IA need to be restruction. The bottom navigation feature is inaproriate. Are they sure these are the most common use features needed by user vs business direction. Doubt user testing data.
3. unnecessary security question. Forcing customer to set multiple uncommon security questions with mindset customer rmmb 3 answers. Nt to mention some level of of securities is not necesary. Example, do a transaction less than $50 need a security lvl or shall it be set by customer preference if needed.
4. PBe apps and web data doesn’t seem tally. Like preference transfer data appeal in apps doesn’t appeal in web.
5. Inaapropriote ui which nt suitable for apps perfomance.
As one of top few bank in malaysia, it is quite upset saw an revamp version bank apps with so much of bug and error.
Worst bank app in malaysia ever and never
I will rate negative star if I can. Did the public bank team or who created this really use the same app? How could you guys didn’t realise how bad the app is? Impossible to use. It is lag, unclear and not stable. Really shame on you public bank. Bring down your own publicity. I have never use such an useless app before. Kid school project is even better than this, I don’t even compare this with others bank app. Come on public bank.

1. Finger print login
--everytime launch the app, it will pop up the window whether want to log in with finger print but I already disabled the finger print login
* It will be better to pop up only if the person choose to log in with finger print
2. Finger print login not functioning
--I was impressed when PBB app started with this function but unable to log in🤦🏻♀️ It read my finger print for a while then the whole app shut down. That's why I disabled this function
* No issue with old way to log in
3. Favourite account
--Please let us add favourite account on the app rather than the computer or website, it's will be more convenient since everybody is using handphone most of the time
