Full of bugs, logs out periodically and lacks clear instructions

As a government app, this is one of the worst apps I’ve used. To enter our birthdays, I need to click back 47x12 times to get to my birthday year and month, and repeat if there are problems with submission. This is ridiculous! Also, when we try to scan our at mall entrance, we discover the app has logged out and could not log in .this leaves us stranded outside the mall until the security guard got tired and let us in.
Also, the instructions for submission of foreign vaccine is unclear that we should choose the number of doses at the beginning. If wrongly chosen, we have to wait until the first submission gets approved before we can add another submission for our 2nd and 3rd vaccine. There is no way to unsubmit the first submission. Or to submit more vaccine certification for approval.

worst app ever

in all my life, i have never seen such a poorly developed app. its almost a disgrace to the app development community that such an app can be launched without a robust testing regime.

i am a foreigner using your app as a dutiful visitor to your country. while there were initial glitches, you managed to resolve it with subsequent versions. yet this new version seems to bring you back to the stone ages of IT developmemt. now, i cant even check in at the malls and restuarants after the latest upgrade.

please for everyone's sake, seek professional help in developing this app. its supposed to be a government app but this type of quality only brings disgrace to your government.

Useless App - Doesn’t work

I recently registered for your app and encountered several issues that prevented me from using it properly. Specifically, I experienced bugs and error messages during the registration process, and even after successfully logging in, I found that my profile page contained incorrect information and displayed an "invalid token" error when I tried to edit it.

I understand that developing and maintaining an app can be challenging, but I would like to suggest that you consider engaging professional developers to improve the quality of your app and prevent such issues from occurring in the future.
