Years ago, Plants vs. Zombies defined a genre with its fresh concept, undeniable charm and innovative, balanced gameplay. Now the undead have risen again, bringing with them new time-travelling tales and a massive slew of new zombies and plants. Whether you stomp foes without spending any money or you buy new experimental plants and power-ups with In-App Purchases, the result is the same: an incredible sequel that's fresh and fun throughout, reminding us why we fell in love with this world in the first place.
Pay to win.
First of all, please decrease the fire rate of the wizards and octopus dude be cause it’s nearly impossible to win without any premium plants and since were talking about premium plants, TORCHWOOD FOR $7???? It’s only a single plant and it already costs that much. I do understand you guys may need some money to update the game sometimes but that is already possible through the bundles. The only thing I like about PvZ 2 is the plant food and power-ups concept. Overall it’s a good game but it would be better if you change the premium plants to be payable by gems, seed packets or real money.
Long ads and pay to play! Do not get this game
The creative concept and plant are just beautifully made. And I’m so Glad that you keep updating the game. But the reason I’m giving this game a 2 star rate is because of this reasons. 1 pay to play. Okay, how in this world do you expect me to pay $7 for a torchwood??? It was such an awesome game when it was real eased but EA is making it ridiculous! The whole concept of the game is being ruined!! I am totally not against in app purchases, (I know you still have to make money) but making half of the plants only unlock able by money? At least make it gems!
2. The ads. At first I was fine with the ads, they were 30 secs and no more, but soon it became ridiculous, they forced me to watch a 40 secs ad then, when I logged in two minutes ago, they showed me a 110 second ad just for a stupid gauntlet!!! This is getting waaaaaay to out of hand, please you are making the once fun and awesome game into a idiotic money milking cow. I am no longer the PvZ fan I was when the famous, fun and successful game was first released. I’m going to delete this game and work on my Clash Royale account (Supercell has way more reasonable in app purchases)
