Cannot Reset Password
When resetting the password through this mobile app, it throws an error and no way to reset it through this mobile app or online portal.
At first, everything seems smooth. OTP to registered mobile number & Temporary Password to registered email address is being sent properly. But when using the temporary password to login, it throws an error message
Error: [GC] Unable to deliver the token transaction for user DIGITAL/<user id>
The worst thing is when using the temporary password through desktop online portal, it shows that the account is locked and asking to reset the password.
Furthermore, if resetting the password through desktop online portal, it doesn’t even send the OTP to the same registered mobile number.
How can a user reset password then especially when he/she is outside the Philippines? This is an online service and shouldn’t be this poor.
It looks like the design and management of the system is very lousy.
P.S. I cannot even give a single ⭐️ for this but I have no choice.
I love the app except when upgrading or changing device
I like the app for easy login, account check, transfer, and so on. It’s challenging only when I have to upgrade my phone. So to the developers, could you make it possible to unregister device first in the app and register a new device?
It should be possible to authenticate with biometrics like if it’s the same face or fingerprint. Enable blink for livelivess check if you worry that the face is faked.
If deregistering device and registering a new one is automated, then it would be perfect!

Poor Apps
ABSOLUTELY USELESS APPS!
My account has been locked now for over 3 weeks. I tried to log in thousand times but there is message that pops up numerous times that says” Allow PNB Digital to access your location while you are using the app . That is ok but I did not request to have my device removed and came this message
“ Allow access location to unregister device”
As if someone is trying to hack my account.
Can someone explain this.
I know this is a new app but
Please before you put out for people to use make sure it works perfectly. Drives me insane.
I tried to reset my password, they gave me a temporary password but still that weird pop ups continue to appear . I PRESSED NOT ALLOWED BUT THAT DOESNT STOP EITHER. It pops out on and on and on... Is there a zero star option, because I won’t even give a star.
