What A Day Looks Like in Pokémon Sleep
■ When Night Falls...
It’s time to track your sleep! All you need to do is place your smart device by your pillow (don’t place your device under your pillow or blankets as it may overheat), then call it a night.
■ A New Day Dawns
By the time you wake, Pokémon will have gathered in Pokémon Sleep based on your sleep type and how long you slept for. Carry out research on these Pokémon’s sleep styles to complete your Sleep Style Dex!
■ And the Rest of the Day...
Raise Snorlax big and strong! Snorlax will grow larger by receiving Berries from the Pokémon you befriend. The more you raise Snorlax, the greater your odds will be of encountering Pokémon with rare sleep styles!
Rest Your Very Best!
■ Check Your Sleep Report
What kind of sleep did you get last night? Your sleep report contains tidbits like how long you took to fall asleep, how long you spent in different sleep stages, and whether you snored or talked in your sleep.

Can we get background running?
Really good. Hope eventually it will be able to track sleep from the background because I think having the phone required to be turned on for the entire night is a bit crazy although I understand there may be limitation with the current system.
Cool
It is cool. Got a shiny squirtle and it is fun collecting Pokémon while also having an alarm for me to wake up to. However, i’ve got some feedback that i think would really help the game. I wish that the animations could be shorter or skipped, like the cooking scenes and snorlax eating the berries and the weekly island change because even though they are cute, i do not think they serve any purpose except waste my time when i want to sleep. Pokémons also often get full after only eating 3 pokeball biscuits which is quite annoying. I hope this feedback as well as review is helpful.
Nice but annoying
It’s a stress-free game which is nice. But there are too many buttons to click through which makes the game feel very slow and inefficient.
Why do I have to wait for the rank-up animation at every level and sub-level? Why do you have to tell me there are more species available every single time I rank up? And I have to click 3 buttons and wait half a minute to get through those.
Sleep time is precious. This app is supposed to promote sleep, not waste time and take away your precious few minutes of sleep every evening.
