Popped by the store because the summer collection was callin out to me. Great styles at decent price points. So freaking obsessed with the branding, socials and live streams we stan a brand that has their act together. Shoutout to Zai at Singapore’s 313 store who has the patience of a literal SAINT. Helped me get my discounts off ShopBack and the app, patiently waited for me to connect to WiFi, reset my ShopBack password, add my payment details etc. took me a decade to set it up and he just stood there so patiently and happily. I can’t. MAD LOVE. Xx

Orders cancelled twice even when items are still in-stock.

Update: Managed to get at least 1 item that was the last stock after I try to order the 3rd time. But I wish there’ll be an option to still send out the rest of the items instead of cancelling the whole order too.

Pervious review:
My orders were cancelled twice cause they’ve mentioned that item was out of stock but it still showed that it’s in stock in their app. Really disappointed that they would cancelled your whole orders completely and need to wait for refunds. Wish they can solve this issue cause I don’t think I’ll order directly in Pomelo again.

Love this shopping app

Easy to navigate, fast payment, excellent visuals. One downside would be the icon on the bottom right the cart function. I would always accidentally click onto it thinking it’s my account. Would prefer it to be my account than my cart. 😅
