Biometric login | Quick peek gone aft update?
Have always lauded TouchID login as a key game changer to friends as it really speeds up the process and makes PayNow / Scan to Pay a breeze (rest of waiting time mostly on sending and receiving of transaction status).
It was mysteriously gone after an app update. After having read the reviews, realised FaceID is not supported as well.
Please make biometric login a priority as this is key to a good / secure mobile banking app.

If implementing Face ID in a future update, perhaps would be a good time to do a ‘iOS12’ styled version as well. To fine tune critical features and fix bugs in existing ones.
A future feature request would be to be able to streamline e interface further and allow user to customise e home screen to hide lesser used functions and bring most common ones forward.
OCBC’s interface is nice to look at, but TouchID login process is limited and app crashes time to time upon conducting transactions.
Hope POSB’s versions moves forward at a steady and measured pace. To add stuff and improve w each iteration w/o breaking any existing features*
I’ve loved the POSB app for ages. I’ve recommended the bank based on the simplicity of the app - moving wife from CitiBank even. But this new UI? Really? Do I need a splash screen of MacRitchie Reservoir when I log in. No doubt your agency / designers sold u this idea of “let’s take the theme of neighbors first and run with it through the design language” ... u didn’t need to. Considering how often the average user logs in - this little trick will soon loose its appeal. I want to get straight to the banking ... not this nonsense! One UX thumbs up does not account for daily irritation ... let’s use our heads people! Not just “research told us people liked it” ... ask the right questions!
Worst Idea ever articulated in App Update: “With the new impressive login screen that changes with day and night” ... who asked for this? IOS will soo. Feature dark mode for a reason - this is a pointless feature. Bring your tiny links from the bottom navigation and make them front and centre to the landing screen! Come on! Wow!
Please show all account balance at once
After the most recent update, we're no longer able to see the account balance of each individual deposit account (if an individual has more than one account with the bank). We can see the total deposit we have, but we have to click once for it to reveal in the drop down. This is very inconvenient for us who just wants to have a quick glance at the balance of 2 or more accounts. Please bring back the old feature, or at least make it possible for the customer to choose how he wants to view the balance.
do not over simplify things and think that it is simpler for everyone.
Also, it will be nice if we can "quick peek" into more than one account's balance at the main page. That will save a ton of time. Thanks
