Love the app but

The Fitness section is just soooo slow. At the end of each exercise I’m waiting for at least 30 secs to sometimes more than a minute for the next exercise to load. Mind you each exercise is like 30 secs to a minute long... hope this gets fixed soon! All my other apps work fine with my internet which is pretty fast.

Hello! Great to hear you're loving the app and sorry to hear about the trouble loading the fitness videos. The Fitness Studio performs best when you're connected to a strong wifi network, however, we're working on an update where you'll be able to temporarily download the workout ahead of time, which will avoid this video buffering issues! We'll look forward to getting that out soon and we hope you continue to enjoy the app in the meantime!

Pelvic floor exercise

There was a change in layout. Now I can’t find the pelvic floor exercises button!!!

Hi there! The Pelvic Floor exercise is still in the app we have just moved it into your Daily Bites, as we recommend doing them as a part of your daily habits. If you go into Daily Bites you should see the last screen has a swipe up which will bring you right to your Pelvic Floor exercise! Once you complete it, the activity will be recorded and tracked on your new Timeline. We’ve also just submitted a new app update that has the pelvic floor exercise in the More section of the app — if you tap on More from the home screen you should see it there as well : )
