Forced 1-year subscription
I downloaded this app a while back but never used it much so I deleted it, and this time i forgot and downloaded it again and wanted to try the 3-day trial without realising I'd already used it before. It acted as if I was still eligible for the trial and when I clicked and agreed to the pop-up it signed me up for the 1-year subscription! I will barely ever use the app, i don't need a 1-year subscription to it! And now I can't get a refund either. I'm really angry at the way the trial automatically gives you a 1-year subscription. If it was a month I would be more accepting of throwing that amount of money down the drain, but a year for an app I will rarely use when I thought I was getting a trial?....

We are sorry if subscription model turned out to be confusing. The free 3-day trial subscription is automatically followed by annual premium subscription if you don't cancel it. It is indicated on the payment screen, we warn our users each time they activate the trial.
We would love to refund your subscription, but unfortunately, we do not have an access to your App Store transactions. It is not possible to us to cancel subscriptions or provide refunds. The whole cash flow is controlled exclusively by Apple, they do not provide the authority on cancelling transactions to app developers.
