Slow sync issue and always lost sync
Always lost sync if have any call come in or reply call, super slow in sync.

Great App - Even better than Salesforce 1
I have using this app for couple of months now and have also seen the configuration that you can do from the backend and I must say that this app is probably the best app out there for Salesforce on mobile; even better than the Salesforce 1. Even though aesthetically not as appealing as Salesforce 1, it is features packed and has the capability to view your data in the event of offline. Here are some key features I see that are rather impressive
1. Lead conversion on Pulsar is definitely more convenient on the app than SF1. Creating account, contact and opportunity from a lead is a Breeze. Unlike SF1, you will need to manually create the Account, Pulsar maps all the fields for you on create so that you do not need to worry about filling them up. Try it and you will know what I mean.
2. Support for Custom Javascript, this feature enable Developers to be able to mimic Salesforce workflow and apex engine offline. So in our case, we have many business logic residing in Salesforce that we need them to work offline and that can be done through the use of this capability. Just need some customisation for them to work. Not to mention the app team provides great support and are very open to changes/ defect that we report to them.
3. Not at the mercy of Internet. As records are alrdy synced onto your device, there is no worry that you are unable to access a record due to Internet connection. And as a result, you can view your records faster too (since they are alrdy residing locally).
Overall great stuff. Good enough for me to be typing here to share this great app with other people out there.
