New app
The app doesn't automatically update iCalendar for booking add/remove changes, the bug needs to be fixed. The user interface is confusing, and making it necessary to scroll to the top to switch between yoga, Pilates, and fitness bookings, and then reselect the date.
Latest version is a downgrade not upgrade !
The 3.0.0 version and subsequent updates deserve zero star . Gave feedback and after 1 month , issue still not fixed.
At first it doesn’t display the number of sessions left, after they “corrected “ it, worse! Showing I have 0/20 sessions when I just got a new package.
Don’t understand why need to enlarge the instructors’ photo so much that the class description cannot be displayed in full.
Just bring back the old version which was working fine.
How can management think that this is an upgrade for the new year?
Pls fire the developer who developed this.
New app is a step back features wise (Dec 23)
- No more complications for Apple Watch
- Waiting list status does not update automatically: need to close and reopen the app to see status
Ux wise
- List of bookings in new tab is too spaced out and requires a lot of scrolling up and down to see all
- It does not indicate the status (booked or wait list after 2 days)
- Days are listed in reversed chronological order (latest first) but bookings within the day are listed in chronological order (the opposite method)
