The app has improved lots

Been using it since 2022 and noticed so much has changed. Telecon has become better with more slots available earlier - it feels like the on-on-demand queue of other apps but with the flexibility of making an appointment at a more convenient time later. The app keeps all my medical records, including past appointments or health screenings with RMG, which makes it easy for me to remember my medical history. This is an app that felt wonky at the start but has been getting better continuously!

False hope & No Due Respect

It’s 2am and I’m feeling unwell. It’s not my first time using this app, had unpleasant experience in the past but seeing that Dr Anywhere apps (another teleconsultarion alternative) only has slot available at 12pm, I thought I have to stick to Raffles Connect which shows availability to book a consultation instantly. I told myself to be grateful, disregarding my previous experiences on this app

Got assigned to an appointment between 2:30am-3:00am. I stayed up at common area to wait for the scheduled call, unable to rest in bed as I don’t want to disturb my partner… Not unexpected though, it’s past 3:20am now and the appointment hasn’t begun, there is no option to reschedule or cancel as well and card details has been given. I’m wondering why am I still staying up in pain now… contemplating whether I should continue the wait when what I needed most is to sleep and rest with/without the diagnosis and prescription…

Seems like I have to go through more waste of time in the day time then~ since this app has been a huge let down. All it does is overpromise and underdeliver to patients at times when we are most in need of care both physically and emotionally

Very poor app

This apps very poor developed if compare to other Teleconsultation app! Not doubt is easy to use and connect to doctor, but after service is damm poor, no way to check notification when the medicine will be sent, no status update where to know if the delivery driver/rider is coming? You have to call the super duper hotline to Raffles medical hospital customer services first then transfer to clinic and then clinic check again with their delivery rider or logistic company! What a waste of time! Trying to skip the queue, end up you spent more time on the waiting time for medicine. FYI, teleconsultation done in the morning, suppose delivery within 4 hrs, end up 4.30pm still on the way and not sure by what time will be delivered the medicine? Why go for so many step and stupid process, if medicine sent out, should keep us the tracking no, this is very easy to us to contact driver/rider n check for status! Useless apps after consultation… waste of time to call and track the medicine status…
