The shop screen won’t come up
What happened? Deleted and reinstalled, off and on my phone, cleared cache and the screen still won’t come up.
Till today still unable to load the shop screen
Horrible experience: I did not receive my payout!
As a seller, I made my first deal via Reebonz Closet on 23rd Jan 2019. Everything was all right until it’s my turn to receive the payout, which was stipulated by Reebonz to be latest by 30th Jan 2019. The website also states it takes 7 days for the payout. Till today, 3 weeks after the deal was sealed, I have not receive anything. Called, WhatsApp and emailed Reebonz several times but the reply is the same: “Please wait a few more days”. Horrible horrible service from a supposedly big and reputable company! I have no idea how long more I have to wait for my payout or worse, if I will ever be paid. It is a very frustrating process to chase for my payment! To put the whole experience in an analogy, it feels like I have “loaned” Reebonz money and I have to chase them for to get it back.
To other potential sellers: Please note that you risk being in my position if you decide to deal via this platform. And no one’s going to be responsible for your money. If you decide to sell a $5000 bag via Reebonz Closet, you risk your money (or payout) to be locked with Reebonz despite your buyer has already paid and received the bag. You end up losing your bag and money.

We have checked with the concierge team on this and the payment under Closets to seller takes 7 business days for Reebonz to process.
Once Reebonz has released the payment on the 7th business day (in consideration of Chinese New Year public holiday recently), it will take another 2-3 business days before the funds get reflected in your respective bank account.

Lousy App & terrible service
Problem with notifications (never sent by App when buyer makes offer) and hangs when I try to edit photos. Have also received feedback from buyers that they face technical issues when payment. As mentioned by another reviewer, Reebonz takes forever to release payment to sellers. I have sold 2 items and both times experienced extremely long delays. It’s not just a couple of working days, it’s literally weeks. This time round, item collected 30 July & delivered to buyer within 2-3days. App shows I will be to be paid by 19 August which factors in the weekend and public holidays. When I contacted the Concierge on 23 Aug, they just give a standard reply/excuse. It’s 3 Sept and payment is still outstanding. Unreliable and disappointing service given Reebonz is a major retailer
