Error and no free ride

Downloaded for the free ride. There was an
Error then it’s forbidden, then I had no more free ride and never got the free ride. Great idea but bad execution. Disappointed.

Useful app and prompt support

I find that the app is quite useful for this and there’s no need to look for spare change or pay additional fees via credit card. The app is simple and easy to use, but just need to beware that there may be similar rides with different ride number or different vendors altogether.

I encountered an issue where there were 2 similar rides and I accidentally activated the wrong one. However, the support was prompt and helpful and guided me to correct the issue.

I am supportive of such use cases of technologies and rather than find fault, we should support and give feedback to improve the implementation.
