Last Bug Fix results in more bugs!
After the last bug fix the status of the machine on the app is always offline. Previously, i could see where the machine has cleaned based on the floor map, now it is gone. why?
Hardware is unreliable
Spoilt within a year. Avoid this robot vacuum brand.
Lots of issues
This app is connected to ROIDMI eve plus. 1. At the start, all seems well. Normally with more experience it should know the place better but ROIDMI gets lost after 1 to 2 months. One will need to remap everything again. All the forbidden area etc. it’s frustrating. 2. Kept asking to clean the sensor but I don’t think it’s dirty. Although after several months it seems to have improved. 3. No back up for map is annoying. 4. Although it is great to be able to have different ”rooms”, what’s the point if the map gets corrupted frequently? The vacuum is good. The mop is kind of useless. Doesn’t clean properly and water doesn’t come out anymore after 1* months.
