App or Server not working anymore
I have the ihome 4 device and all was working well but recently app can not connect to the device even after uninstall and reinstall app, restart phone and device, reset device and pairing device with other phones. I finally suspect it’s the app or your server that is having the problem. There is no more notification to my phone and I can hardly connect to the camera to remotely see who is outside my door. What is going on? Even your website contact form is not working.
Version Bug
I think it is a bug. It says abnormal network connection. This version needs to be fixed.
Good on iphone
By far this works best on iphones. I do need to reenter again to get this thing running in the background. Notifies me promptly. However cant seem to access “videos”. It will crash every time i do so. No probs w viewing photos though. Help fix this bug. Thanks
